This Constitution defines the fundamental laws, rights, responsibilities, and governance structures that sustain X Town as a sovereign digital society.

Article I — Purpose of the Town

X Town exists to unite aligned designers, researchers, founders, and product builders who are shaping the next layer of the internet.

Its purpose is:

• to compound knowledge
• to elevate clarity and craft
• to accelerate onchain product intelligence
• to maintain a high-signal, high-trust environment
• to preserve the culture and sovereignty of the Town

Article II — Citizenship Rights

Every Citizen of X Town has the right to:

1. Safety & Respect

   No harassment, attacks, defamation, or abusive behavior.

2. Intellectual Freedom

   Citizens may share ideas, insights, drafts, work, and perspectives without fear of exploitation or misuse.

3. Privacy

   Internal conversations, discussions, drafts, and insights remain within the Town.

4. Equal Standing

   Seniority, fame, or status do not override the cultural rules of the Town.

5. Due Explanation

   Any removal or revocation of citizenship must include justification.
