2. What Counts as “Recognition” of X Town

For a protocol, founder, or community to be recognized as aligned with X Town:

• shared values must match
• contributions must be honest
• interactions must follow the Diplomacy Protocol
• privacy and sovereignty must be respected
• no extraction or exploitation is allowed
