IRL Nodes are those clues.

They are proof that X Town is not just an idea, but a real society with physical presence.

This map documents every place where two or more citizens have gathered with the intent to build, learn, discuss, and strengthen the Town.

1. What an IRL Node Represents

An IRL Node is not a formal office, a coworking space, or a funded hub.

It is:

• A signal of alignment
• A pocket of shared curiosity
• A micro-territory where X Town exists
• A physical manifestation of our community
• A marker of real-world cohesion

Where two citizens meet with purpose, the Town gains territory.
